As Product Marketing Manager at ActivTrak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy for our software solutions. This position requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that resonate with our target audience. You will be the bridge between our product team and our customer-facing teams, ensuring our messaging effectively communicates our value proposition and differentiators in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution
Customer and Market Intelligence
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and needs through:
Regular review and analysis of prospect calls
Conducting win/loss analysis interviews
Direct customer interviews to understand product value perception
Analyze and synthesize patterns in customer interactions to inform product positioning and marketing strategies
Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging trends and opportunities
Sales and Customer Success Enablement
Performance Analysis and Reporting
