About the role
Leads the development and implementation process for products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners. Responsible for specific features in our technology solutions for the full product cycle, working on the initial feature planning and design, managing the specifications of development, and monitoring on-going operations to better understand customer experiences. Works collaboratively with teammates to ensure our products exceed customer expectations, while delivering on the roadmap. Communicates throughout the process to understand progress towards delivery, technical challenges, and to provide clarity on customer needs using a data driven approach. Demonstrates an ability to learn and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes to leverage in your solutions. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship. Bachelor's Degree AND experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. Proven experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
