Responsibilities Develop culturally relevant creative concepts and campaigns rooted in authentic insights about Latin America. Translate local behaviors, tensions, humor, language, and social dynamics into strong brand storytelling and communication ideas. Adapt creative thinking and cultural insights for campaigns across multiple markets in LATAM when required. Work across copywriting, creative strategy, conceptual development, and campaign ideation. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, strategists, and production partners to bring ideas from concept to execution. Present creative ideas in a persuasive and compelling way to clients and stakeholders. Contribute to brand positioning and communication strategies for major brands and corporate clients. Ensure creative work feels locally authentic without relying on superficial or stereotypical cultural representation. Stay closely connected to shifts in contemporary culture, language, media, internet trends, and social conversations. Develop an understanding of broader LATAM cultural contexts and market nuances to support regional projects. Help shape work that is modern, globally relevant, and deeply connected to local ide Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Deep understanding of culture, language, and social dynamics. English proficiency is required. Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills. Ability to develop, present, and defend original creative ideas. Experience in creative agencies, media, content, or related creative fields. Strong portfolio of culturally relevant work. Experience working with brands or corporate clients is preferred. Background in copywriting, art direction, comedy, journalism, screenwriting, or cultural/media projects of at least 5 years.
