The Role and Impact As a Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient development, ramp, and optimization of cutting-edge manufacturing processes integral to Intel's success. Your day-to-day
responsibilities will include analyzing factory metrics, driving process enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain and improve manufacturing operations. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing tools and strategies that support high-volume production while solving complex challenges that enhance factory performance. Responsibilities Analyze factory metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive operational enhancements. Develop and sustain manufacturing decision support tools and methodologies. Collaborate with engineering teams to define manufacturing
requirements and optimize processes. Provide technical support during new product introduction (NPI) builds. Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure operational efficiency and address deficiencies. Develop manufacturing plans, supply chain strategies, and documentation to enable robust production processes. Define
requirements for automation systems and coordinate their implementation to align with factory goals. Partner with operations management and stakeholders to solve challenges impacting factory capacity and performance. Drive system enhancement roadmaps and support the development of factory reporting systems.
