The Role

We're building the content engine for India's compliance-first crypto wealth platform. As our Video Editor, you'll transform complex crypto and fintech concepts into compelling, data-backed video content that makes digital asset investment accessible to retail investors. Your work will directly shape how millions of Indians understand and engage with cryptocurrency—no fluff, no hype, just clear storytelling backed by research.

What You'll Do

• Edit, color grade, and finalize video content across YouTube, Instagram, and in-app channels using industry-standard tools (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Collaborate with the content team to translate scripts and raw footage into engaging explainer videos, product demos, and educational content
• Manage motion graphics and animation projects, leveraging tools like Runway ML and Creatomate to add polish without overhead
• Maintain consistent visual branding and quality standards across all video assets as we scale content production
• Iterate quickly based on performance metrics and audience feedback—data informs every cut
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize video delivery for different platforms and formats

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of professional video editing experience; portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency and creative judgment
• Fluency with DaVinci Resolve and Premiere Pro (After Effects a plus)
• Understanding of fintech, crypto, or educational content (or hunger to learn fast)
• Ability to work independently, own projects end-to-end, and thrive with ambiguity in an early-stage startup
• Attention to detail—mediocre work doesn't make it through here
• Comfortable with in-office, full-time work in Chennai
