About the role
Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for Full-Time, Licensed Clinical Therapists to deliver both onsite and virtual care at our clinic location in Long Island, 3000 Marcus Avenue, Suite 3E01, Lake Success, NY 11042 ! Responsibilities Include: Providing comprehensive care to kids up to age 18, including ongoing therapy, care plan development, utilization of evidence-based interventions in individual and group formats, and measurement-based care best practices Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, engaging in peer consultation, and engaging in continuous professional development Participating in community engagement & outreach opportunities Providing supervision to pre-licensed trainees (e.g., associate-level masters providers)
Requirements: Availability during Brightline’s peak hours (3pm–7pm) Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC-D, LMFT-D licensure(s) with a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervision completed Clinical Modalities: Demonstrated proficiency and direct experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Highly Preferred: Specialized experience or certification in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Parent Management Training (PMT) Completion of one of the following National Examinations (NCE, NCMHCE, AMFTRB, ASWB) Extensive experience treating common concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, trauma, and other similar presentations Strong knowledge of current clinical research and a commitment to staying updated on the latest empirical advancements A clear understanding and deep commitment to ethical standards of care Experience providing care both in-person and virtually Experience supervising pre-licensed providers preferred Highly preferred: a background in, or a passion for, providing high-quality care to pediatric populations Clinic Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Virtual): 12-7pm Tuesday, Thursday (In person) 12-7pm
