We are looking for a Quantitative Researcher to join the Customer Value Fund (CVF) team at General Catalyst. CVF is building an entirely new asset class—financing growth-stage companies' sales and marketing spend without diluting their equity. You'll be part of a small, fast-paced technical team (6 people) that sits at the intersection of quantitative modeling, software engineering, and venture investing. This is a rare role that combines hard quant skills with commercial instinct, negotiation, and the autonomy to shape the fund's future. If you want to help redefine how growth companies are financed and thrive in a startup-within-a-firm environment, this is for you.
What will you be doing?
