YOUR IMPACT As the Manager for our SAP VIM practice, you will lead a team of functional and technical consultants while driving delivery excellence, talent development, and operational success. You will serve as a trusted leader, coach, and escalation point for complex SAP VIM challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders. By building team capability, optimizing resource utilization, and championing continuous improvement, you will play a key role in shaping the growth of the practice and advancing SAP VIM and OpenText solutions across the organization. THE ROLE OFFERS Lead and grow a specialized SAP VIM consulting practice. Directly influence team performance, customer success, and business outcomes. Partner with senior leaders, solution architects, and key stakeholders. Drive innovation through process improvement and automation initiatives. Mentor and develop the next generation of SAP VIM professionals. Work with leading SAP S/4HANA and OpenText technologies. Gain visibility and impact in a strategic leadership role. Thrive in a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 5+ years of people management or team leadership experience. 7+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in SAP VIM by OpenText. Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes. Experience with OpenText solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES. Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling complex delivery issues. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or cloud-based OpenText solutions is a plus.
