Learn more at li.me . As the Out-of-Warehouse Operations Manager for Hungary, you are the on-the-ground owner of Lime's business. You will be responsible for the complete success of the market, which includes managing a team to drive operational excellence in all street operations, ensuring compliance with city regulations, and using data-driven insights to optimize our fleet for riders. This is a critical role that blends hands-on execution with strategic planning, requiring someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has experience scaling teams and processes to build the foundation for our long-term success. This is a warehouse-based position that requires an onsite presence during assigned business hours. What You’ll Do: Define and implement the operations strategy for your region, taking full ownership of key performance metrics. Oversee all aspects of Street Operations, including vehicle positioning, rebalancing, retrieval, and compliance. Ensure high fleet availability and reliability by optimizing maintenance processes and leveraging real-time data. Spearhead local safety initiatives and ensure your team follows best practices for handling and maintaining the fleet. Analyze market data and monitor KPIs to make data-driven choices that improve fleet uptime, operational efficiency, and cost control. Ensure compliance with Hungarian cities regulations, permits, and fleet caps while ensuring compliance with permits and policies while proactively adjusting operations to align with evolving regulations. Manage special projects and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Government Relations, Product) and external vendors to achieve strategic business objectives. Collaborate with third-party vendors, city stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth logistics and supply chain operations. About You: 4+ years of experience in operations management, industrial & systems engineering, logistics, transportation, consulting, supply chain, data analytics or a related field. Strong data analysis skills: intermediate to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to execution. Ability to understand metrics and KPIs and the levers to pull to drive results Comfortable with working on site and in a warehouse environment Analytically minded with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and demand economics) and the ability to navigate, decode, and use data to build compelling narratives and reports. Ability to thrive in a hands-on, problem-solving environment with a high degree of self-direction. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
