We're looking for a Founder's GTM - someone who works directly with the founders on whatever matters most.
This is not a "shadow the CEO" role. You will own projects, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes. You will be in the room for everything - customer calls, strategic discussions, product decisions, and growth experiments.
Think of it as a compressed MBA in building a startup, except you're actually doing the work, not studying it.
You'll touch every part of the business:

Most early-career roles give you a slice of the company. This one gives you the whole picture.
You'll be employee #3 at a YC-backed startup, pre-Series A — with a founding team that has already built and exited a company. You'll work directly with the founders on the problems that matter most - not on the problems that are convenient to delegate.
In 12–18 months, you'll have a deep understanding of how a fast-growing AI startup operates - across sales, product, operations, and strategy.

We replace the front office (calls, chats, follow-ups) with AI agents that never miss a lead, then layer an internal AI copilot that understands products, pricing, and technical documentation.
We started with fenestration (shutters, windows, garage doors), a large, complex vertical with no modern software, before expanding to adjacent trades.
Bravi is already live with leading installers and manufacturers across Europe and the US, turning missed demand into revenue.
