About the role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to embed directly with enterprise customers, solve their most complex operational problems, and ship real software — fast. You'll be a problem-first thinker who thrives in ambiguity, can context-switch across industries, and is energised by delivering tangible impact to real people. SolveAI is an ex-Palantir team backed by GV and Accel, building the enterprise AI platform that actually clears the bar enterprises hold software to.
What will you be doing?
- Deploy to enterprise customer sites (up to 50% of your time, nationally and internationally) to deeply understand their problems and build solutions on the spot
- Rapidly design, prototype, and ship working software — often within days, not months — across whatever tech stack the customer has
- Work closely with other FDEs and software engineers as a team during customer engagements and pilots
- Feed everything you learn — every iteration, every insight — directly back into SolveAI's core product roadmap
- Prepare and deliver compelling demos and pilots for prospective enterprise customers across manufacturing, automotive, retail, and financial services
