Responsibilities: Own end-to-end program management for assigned customers and product portfolios. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from RFQ through production ramp-up. Lead program review meetings and monitor execution against KPIs. Resolve cross-functional issues impacting delivery and customer commitments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Monitor program profitability, revenue, margins, and cost performance. Support quotation, pricing, cost analysis, and business case preparation. Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and process optimization. Review forecast accuracy and manage customer demand changes. Lead, mentor, and develop Program Managers and Project Coordinators. Establish performance goals and succession planning.
