WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Assist with monitoring and responding to the HR email inbox, providing timely, professional support and assigning questions to appropriate team members when needed (payroll,
benefits, leaves, Workday, etc.) Manage incoming mail, including opening, scanning, routing, and responding as appropriate to ensure timely handling of all correspondence Support the administration of IXL policies and practices Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, communication with IT and payroll teams, workflows, systems and act as administrator for related systems including I-9 processing and background investigations Partner with the
Benefits Manager to develop and communicate IXL’s wellness program including coordinating wellness week activities as part of annual
benefits open enrollment Assist with benefit audits and other administrative tasks related to
benefits administration Coordinate logistics for various in-office and virtual events, such as wellness initiatives, trainings, various meetings, etc. including vendor communication, event planning, and employee engagement strategies that foster a positive workplace culture Support the execution of management development training programs by scheduling sessions, coordinating materials, tracking attendance, and ensuring follow-up completion Ensure all required compliance training is accurately scheduled, tracked, and recorded to meet internal standards and regulatory
