You will report to Software engineering manager based in Singapore. Job Description You will be an important player in subsystem design, implementation, and testing. You will play an active role in all the stages of the development lifecycle and support your team throughout the process. You will also help ensure that developed products meet
requirements and are within total quality management standards. You will collaborate with multiple global teams and may also require you to be the technical lead of a small-scale feature or portion of a feature. Your
Responsibilities: You will design and implement test cases for new subsystem designs under the guidance of senior engineers. You will help establish project timeline and the estimation of resources needed to design and accomplish test cases. You will maintain automated test scripts for desktop and web-based application components. You will automate repetitive regression tests to improve test coverage and efficiency. You will support continuous integration and automated test execution activities. You will identify, document, reproduce and track software anomalies. You will participate in reviews of documents, designs, code, test cases and user documentation. You will build relationships and work with peers to ensure assigned tasks are prioritised. Think outside the box and be willing to research and explore new avenues to by using the latest technologies and standards. You will have experience communicating updates and resolutions and convey design concepts, both verbally and in writing. You will use AI tools to improve the testing productivity and quality outcomes The Essentials – You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Candidate with less than 1 year experience may apply. Good academic records and Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments, such as programming languages You have interests in developing test plans and test cases for web applications; familiar with manual and automated testing methodologies The Preferred – You Might Also Have: Some experience in test case management and automation using QTest Some experience with Agile software development process Good problem-solving and Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions You will have experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams What We Offer: Health Insurance including comprehensive In-patient coverage.
