Who are we looking for
We are looking for a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience to own design end-to-end from concept to shipped product. You will shape how non-technical teams build and deploy AI agents. This is a high-ownership, senior IC role for someone with exceptional taste, proven experience at companies known for strong design, and the ability to influence product direction backed by real experience – not just ideation.
What you will be doing
- Own product design end-to-end – from early sketches and user flows through prototypes to final shipped implementation
- Simplify complex data and agent workflows into consumer-friendly, intuitive interfaces
- Contribute to and evolve Gumloop UI, the core design system powering the entire product
- Collaborate with brand and engineering to deliver landing pages, visual assets, and polished product experiences at startup speed
- Act as the design voice in product decisions – come in with opinions backed by experience, not waiting for direction
