In this role, you take ownership of defined technical tasks and standard integration components for small business and mid-sized customers, ensuring they have an outstanding technical experience adopting the Staffbase platform. You reliably work within established procedures and documentation, and you see the world through the customer's eyes to help them get the most out of the Staffbase platform for their content and comms processes.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;"><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Engage directly with customers to assess

requirements and independently own your assigned integration components end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deliver specific integration components, such as standard Single Sign-On (SSO/SAML) setups or HRIS syncs, using established procedures and documentation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Interpret customer
