What we're looking for?
We're seeking a current judicial law clerk (federal preferred, state acceptable) completing their clerkship in 2026 who is passionate about public-sector and infrastructure law and ready to transition directly into private practice. You should have exceptional legal writing and analytical skills honed through your clerkship, a demonstrated interest in at least one of the firm's core practice areas (airports, rail/transit, real estate, land use, infrastructure, renewable energy, environmental, or tribal law), and a genuine mission orientation — this is not a BigLaw salary-match role. Bonus points if you have prior internship or externship experience in any of the firm's practice areas before your clerkship.
