We’re looking out for an IT Head will be responsible for leading and managing the organization’s overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and security operations. This role ensures the availability, integrity, and scalability of IT systems while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives. Apply Now As an IT Head, you will – Lead end ‑ to ‑ end IT infrastructure management including servers, networks, cloud environments, and endpoint security platforms (JAMF and other device management tools) Administer and maintain core enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services Manage server deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and capacity planning for new and ongoing projects Oversee cloud operations, including cloud agent management and optimization of cloud resources Implement and manage enterprise security solutions, including firewalls (SonicWall, Sophos, Fortigate) and antivirus platforms (Sophos, McAfee, Symantec) Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for critical systems and data Own IT audit, risk, and compliance processes in line with regulatory and organizational standards Manage IT service delivery using platforms such as ServiceNow and CA, covering incidents, change requests, service requests, and asset management Participate in SOC operations, monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts and incidents Lead and mentor IT team members, driving operational excellence and continuous skill development Plan and manage IT budgets, focusing on cost optimization, provisioning, and resource allocation Drive procurement decisions for hardware, software, and technology assets Define and enforce IT policies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security posture 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations 3–5+ years in an IT Manager, Lead, or senior technical role Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) Proven experience managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including optimization and cost control As an IT Head, you must have – 8–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT operations 3–5+ years in an IT Manager, Lead, or senior technical role Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) Proven experience managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including optimization and cost control.
