What we're looking for:
We need a 7–10 year attorney with deep LIHTC and affordable housing transactional expertise who can independently run deals from start to finish. You should be comfortable leading deal teams, supervising associates and paralegals, and working in a highly collaborative, in-person environment. At least your last four years should be focused specifically on LIHTC/affordable housing work, with prior commercial real estate, M&A, or tax law experience also valued.

Despite being a young firm, its partners bring ~50 years of collective experience in the space. Managing partner Elior is widely recognized as one of the most innovative minds in affordable housing law, having originated deal structures used across the industry. The firm has grown from 6 to 16 people in its first year and is opening a new Buffalo, NY office. The culture is genuinely collaborative — flat deal-team structure, direct partner access, firm-sponsored lunches three days a week, regular team events, and multiple training sessions per week.
