About the role
We are looking for Engineers in Backend Development team to help us build a technically advanced and best-in-class multi-finance platform.
The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle management of the products and features being rolled out on the multi-finance platform. About Flip Rafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. About
the role As a member of the Backend Development team, you'll be working on cutting edge technologies and will be involved in all phases of the development lifecycle and deliver features and products with complete ownership and responsibility. You will be working with some of the best minds in tech solving complex problems while building the multi-finance platform grounds-up.
What you'll do Develop features and functionalities to scale Flip lending products Work on micro-service architecture with automated infrastructure management Leverage state of the art technologies and build highly resilient, robust and maintainable code. Have complete ownership for feature delivery and systems Be part of talented global team with excitement of early-stage startup environment What you'll need Minimum 3 years of work experience with exposure to working in tech startups Experience working in Lending or financial services company is an advantage Excellent understanding of software engineering concepts, algorithms, design patterns, data modeling, and architecture Excellent problem solving, communication, and able to work as part of
the team Open to explore, learn and work on new technologies Strong hands-on experience working in Go and any cloud technologies (such as GCP, AWS, or Azure)
