In both teams you work directly with senior leadership on the topics that matter most for how we scale.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING</strong></h3> <p> </p> <ul> <li><strong>Own a project end to end</strong>: Take responsibility for a high-impact project from first hypothesis to result in production, such as a new market or product initiative, a process redesign, or an operational launch.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Analyse and recommend</strong>: Build the analyses, market research and business cases that management uses to make decisions, and present your recommendation yourself.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Make it happen</strong>: Turn decisions into reality with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance and more. Set up the plan, align stakeholders, remove blockers and drive things over the line.</li> <li><strong>Improve

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <p> </p> <p>We are looking for a high-energy builder who is exceptional at either thinking or doing, and eager to grow in the other. <br><br></p> <p><strong>You have a track record of getting results fast.</strong> You have worked in a high-pace environment where things change weekly and nobody hands you a playbook. That can be a start-up or scale-up (in strategy, operations, growth, product or a founder’s or chief-of-staff role), management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a venture or initiative you built yourself.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>You also have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree (completed or in progress) from a top-tier university with excellent grades<br><br></li> <li>Clear, structured communication, written and spoken<br><br></li> <li>Excellent German and English skills<br><br></li> <li>Availability for the full period (Q4/26 and/or Q1/27, at least three months)<br><br></li> <li>A plus: curiosity about automation, AI tools or data (for example n8n, SQL).
