Your

responsibilities will include:</div> <ul> <li>Leading a team of Operations Associates and Managers for one of our Tech department reporting directly to the Head of the department</li> <li>Advising on and implementing process improvements that empower our teams and support our growth.</li> <li>Developing process automation to streamline cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Collaborating with teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver impactful outcomes.</li> <li>Setting goals, build roadmap and drive initiatives to achieve goals</li> <li>Driving strategic decisions by analyzing complex data and managing critical projects.</li> <li>Continuously enhancing your skills in data analysis, Problem solving skills, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.</li> <li>Lead and collaborate with a high-performing team to design, optimize, and scale operational processes for new and existing products while driving cross-functional product improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR<br></strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startups, consulting, or investment banking).</li> <li>Prior Management experience, leading a team of minimum 3 people.</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>Proven ability to break down complex problems and execute clear action plans.</li> <li>Experience creating guidelines and SOPs for business processes and defining infrastructure for process automation.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and confidence when engaging with stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Fluent in English, with a results-driven, user-first mindset.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <h3><strong>WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW</strong></h3> <p><br>Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
