Upper secondary education (vocational or general upper secondary school) or equivalent practical work experience Some prior experience in technical work, such as: industrial maintenance, electrical or HVAC installations, energy, process or production facilities, datacentres, hospitals or other demanding technical environments You will be required to travel between sites as part of this role so a valid driver's license will be required. Ability to work rotating shift patterns in a 24/7 operational environment. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Technical certification in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related field, or equivalent training. Exposure to industrial, electrical, mechanical, cooling, or control systems. Direct datacenter experience is not required—we provide onboarding and support to build the necessary domain expertise. You do not need to meet every requirement to apply. Critical Environment Ops ATR-B - The typical base pay range for this role across Denmark is kr 315,400.00 - kr 411,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for

compensation. Monitor, operate, and control critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, cooling, and control systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with approved EOPs, MOPs, and SOPs. Respond to incidents, support troubleshooting and recovery activities, and lead response efforts when appropriate. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safe and high-quality execution. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge, supporting peers, and developing technical capability over time.
