About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 3-10 years of experience to join our rapidly growing engineering team building the AI-native operating system for mortgage servicing. We've recently signed multiple large enterprise customers and need strong backend engineers who can own features end-to-end and pass a high technical bar.
What will you be doing?
- Owning features end-to-end in a startup environment with high autonomy
- Building and scaling backend systems that handle billions of dollars in mortgage transactions
- Leveraging AI tools to write and ship production code (human-reviewed, AI-assisted)
- Designing robust infrastructure to handle complex federal, state, and agency regulations
- Working across product and platform/infrastructure teams based on team matching
