About the role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer with 2+ years of experience to lead end-to-end enterprise customer implementations for our AI-powered debt collection platform. CollectWise is a Y Combinator-backed startup that has scaled from zero to $3.5M ARR in ~18 months, and we need someone who can blend strong engineering skills with excellent client communication to help us reach $10M ARR.
What will you be doing?
- Gathering requirements from enterprise clients and leading recurring calls to walk them through the implementation process
- Building and configuring AI agent implementations — ranging from straightforward to highly complex technical work
- Communicating directly with customers via email and calls to ensure the AI handles scenarios correctly, making technical fixes in real-time
- Getting clients live and ensuring successful ROI during the first month post-launch
- Owning the full customer relationship — you report directly to your clients, not to internal management
