We are looking for an SDR Manager with 3-6 years of B2B SaaS outbound experience and 1-2 years of management experience to build and lead Happl's outbound engine. You'll take ownership of a growing team of SDRs, coaching them to hit pipeline targets and refining the playbook that drives qualified meetings for our Account Executives. Happl just closed an £11M Series A and is at an exciting inflection point — this is your chance to shape the outbound function from the ground up at a YC-backed, AI-first company reshaping employee benefits. We need someone who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment and knows how to get the best out of a small team.
What will you be doing?
Happl (YC W22) is building the first AI-powered BenefitOS — a next-generation employee benefits infrastructure platform that automates enrolment, admin, and compliance for global teams.
Happl helps companies design, manage, and scale benefits that actually work for their people, spanning flex allowances, insurance, recognition, and wellbeing — all in one intelligent platform. Employees get personalised benefits they can choose based on what's right for them, while managers get tools to engage their teams without the compliance headaches.
Backed by leading investors including YCombinator and 6Degrees Capital (known for backing Deel, Rippling, Airbnb, Coinbase, and Dropbox), Happl recently raised an £11M Series A (£14M total) and was awarded a place in the UK's top 100 startups for 2026.
The company is at an exciting inflection point — scaling its go-to-market motion, growing the team rapidly, and building the outbound engine that will define how Happl generates pipeline as it scales. If you want to be part of reshaping how companies support their people, Happl is the place to do it.
