Own the product narrative for MAI Content Work directly with Product and Engineering to explain how and why MAI Content makes product decisions, including areas like AI-generated content (AIGC), Publisher Content Marketplace (PCM), monetization approaches, recommendation & personalization systems, content formats, and roadmap tradeoffs. Translate internal product logic, constraints, and principles into clear external‑facing narratives for sales, partners, and publishers, without over‑simplifying or over‑promising. Ensure audience narratives are consistent, grounded in reality, and usable across GTM motions. Work with Sales to define new brand and product positioning, particularly for emerging monetization and ad products. Develop narratives for internal and external communication about our product strategy, roadmap and how it connects to the values of journalism and quality content. Ensure consistency between our team and MAI / MSFT core narratives. Operate as a trusted cross‑functional partner spanning Product, Marketing, Monetization, Sales, Policy, Growth, and Leadership. Contribute to MAI‑level strategic documents, narratives, and leadership conversations. Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or adjacent roles at scale. Experience working on platforms, ecosystems, or AI‑driven products where behavior and outcomes are not always deterministic. Proven ability to translate complex product or technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for senior stakeholders. Solid judgment around trust, quality, and external commitments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with publishers, creators, or advertising‑adjacent ecosystems. Familiarity with AI/ML‑driven products, product evaluation, or policy‑adjacent constraints. History of partnering closely with Sales on high‑stakes positioning and revenue narratives.
