Manages one or several larger accounts or acts as the account lead for a substantial part of a top account. Understands the customer’s IT and business objectives, priorities,
requirements and challenges, and adds value by implementing HPE’s strategy. Drives business performance for all HPE BUs and manages the portfolio mix to optimize profitability of the account. Accountable for pipeline building; accountable for and supportive in deal closing and orchestrating the deal team. Builds and develops relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business. Develops and engages with the extended partner ecosystem to maximize HPE’s presence in the account. Constantly develops information technology industry knowledge to position HPE’s portfolio in the account. Orchestrates, engages, guides and provides feedback to the extended account team members. Responsibilities Lead and manage the assigned Tier 1 Telco account or several accounts. Own the overall customer relationship and engagement strategy. Développer de nouveaux contacts d'affaires avec des clients potentiels, cultiver des relations avec les dirigeants et agir comme conseiller de confiance auprès des clients. Interagir avec les experts et les cadres intermédiaires chez les clients qui contribuent à leur processus décisionnel. Représenter le portefeuille de produits et services HPE de manière concise et pertinente, en mettant en valeur les points forts de HPE et en les faisant ressortir auprès des clients. Diriger des équipes multidisciplinaires pour faciliter la progression des ventes. Comprendre les priorités, les défis et les exigences critiques des clients afin de proposer des solutions sur mesure axées sur la création de valeur, tout en maximisant la part de marché, le chiffre d'affaires et la marge de HPE. Identifier, qualifier et conclure de nouvelles affaires générant une augmentation substantielle du chiffre d'affaires et des marges pour HPE, tout en maintenant et en développant les produits existants. Identifier les forces concurrentielles pour orienter la décision d'achat. Se tenir au courant et s'adapter aux changements constants des produits et services HPE. Travailler de manière autonome en respectant des directives claires et en appliquant les meilleures pratiques et sa connaissance des enjeux commerciaux internes et externes. Mettre à profit ses compétences analytiques, ses connaissances fonctionnelles et son expérience pratique pour contribuer à la résolution de problèmes et à l'amélioration des processus. Responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et de la gestion des prévisions pour l'ensemble du portefeuille HPE. À propos de vous : Autonome, doté d'un excellent esprit d'équipe, d'un sens aigu de l'innovation et d'une capacité à concrétiser les projets. Expérience avérée dans l'atteinte progressive des quotas de vente et dans l'interaction avec une clientèle diversifiée. Diplôme universitaire (baccalauréat ou équivalent) dans un domaine pertinent ou expérience/formation technique équivalente. Un MBA serait un atout. Expérience dans le secteur des télécommunications ou dans d'autres secteurs d'activité où les solutions de télécommunications sont largement utilisées, ainsi qu'en gestion de comptes. Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, avec la capacité de promouvoir les solutions HPE à l'interne et auprès des clients. Capacité de travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant, avec des priorités multiples. Fort intérêt pour les marchés du nuage, des TIC et des technologies.
