Role Overview We are hiring a GTM Strategy & Analytics Associate to join our Revenue Operations team. This role will support the analytical and planning work that connects our go-to-market strategy to execution across the revenue organization. You will help translate revenue goals into actionable plans, analyze funnel performance, support capacity and pipeline planning, and generate insights that improve GTM decision-making as the business scales.
What You'll Do Support GTM planning processes, including revenue target setting, pipeline planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation Analyze funnel performance across pipeline generation, conversion rates, velocity, and coverage to identify trends and improvement opportunities Build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and planning models that support GTM decision-making Conduct structured analysis on key GTM questions, including segmentation, coverage models, productivity, and growth opportunities Translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready materials Help identify gaps in data quality, tracking, and measurement, and support improvements to GTM data infrastructure What You Have 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Consulting, or Finance with experience/familiarity in B2B SaaS Experience working with Salesforce CRM data and GTM performance metrics Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Omni, Tableau, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguous business problems Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly to cross-functional stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
