This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with an innovative, fast-growing team in the mobile ad-tech space. As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive brand awareness across core EMEA channels and play a crucial role in marketing operations, with a focus on event and swag management.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you’ll be doing </strong></p> <p>Event Planning & Execution</p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of industry conferences, client summits, and proprietary brand events.</li> <li>Manage all logistical aspects, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, catering, AV, signage, payment, and on-site coordination.</li> <li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all events are delivered on time and within scope.</li> <li>Oversee the creation of event collateral, including invitations, programmes, presentations, and branded materials.</li> <li>Coordinated the sourcing, distribution, and on-site delivery of branded event merchandise. </li> </ul> <p>Stakeholder & Partner Management</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, venues, and agency partners throughout the event lifecycle.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and internal Marketing teams to align event objectives with broader commercial goals.</li> <li>Manage relationships with industry bodies and sponsorship contacts to maximise event reach and visibility.</li> </ul> <p>Marketing & Audience Development</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute pre- and post-event marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital channels to drive registration and engagement.</li> <li>Build and manage targeted audience lists in collaboration with the Sales teams.</li> <li>Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with adtech professionals, agency partners, and brand advertisers.</li> </ul> <p>Reporting & Performance Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Define success metrics for each event and produce post-event reports covering attendance, engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI.</li> <li> Maintain accurate event records, budgets, and reconciliations, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Apply learnings from each event to continuously improve future event strategies and execution.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5+ years of marketing events experience</li> <li>BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent</li> <li>Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally for business</li> <li>High efficiency, strong productivity, and proven time-management skills</li> <li>High-level written and oral English communication skills</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a diverse, multicultural workplace</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills</li> <li>Proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines</li> <li>Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and outgoing personality</li> </ul> <p><strong>
