About the Role: The Sr Director of Professional Services at Veeam is responsible for managing the delivery of professional services to customers through our partner-aligned model. This role leads the Professional Services and Technical Account Management (TAM) teams to ensure effective customer onboarding, successful implementations with partners, and strategic guidance that enhances customer value and retention.
