Salary: USD 102,000–166,000
Workplace: hybrid
Department: Infrastructure & Technology
Do you get a quiet satisfaction when a clunky manual process gets replaced by a system that just works? Are you the person who sits in a Finance all-hands, spots a workflow that makes no sense, and immediately starts thinking about how to fix it permanently — not just for today? Do you want real ownership of enterprise-critical systems, the creative latitude to redesign what’s broken, and a team that takes ERP craft seriously?
Evolv is on a mission to make public spaces safer through innovative security technology — and the systems that run our business are just as important as the products we build. As our NetSuite Systems Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for our ERP environment: configuring, optimizing, and extending NetSuite to support a fast-moving, scaling company. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT to translate business needs into reliable, well-built system solutions.
This is not a “ticket-taker” role. You’ll be expected to understand the business deeply, proactively surface gaps, and drive improvements before anyone has to ask. You’ll report directly to the VP of IT and carry meaningful influence over how the platform evolves. If you take pride in building systems that scale, enjoy untangling complex business processes, and want your work to leave a lasting mark — this is your role.

Monitoring, Compliance & Support
You will be joining the Cybersecurity and IT organization and will report directly to the VP of IT, sitting at the intersection of technology and finance operations. Your day-to-day stakeholders will be leaders and practitioners across Finance, Accounting, and Operations — people who depend on the platform to do their jobs well and who will recognize and appreciate the impact you have.
This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll be expected to drive the platform forward independently, surface issues before they become problems, and bring recommendations — not just questions — to your manager. The VP of IT values initiative, trusts the team to execute, and wants to hear your ideas about where the platform should go next.
Evolv’s culture rewards people who take initiative, communicate proactively, and care about quality. You’ll find teammates who are genuinely invested in each other’s success and a company that takes its mission seriously. Routine help desk work is not part of this role — your focus is the platform, the business relationships, and the roadmap.
This role is based out of Evolv HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.
