In this role, you will provide first-level IT support across a modern, fully Mac-based environment. You will join a team focused on delivering seamless tech experiences for employees and scaling infrastructure with automation and precision. The IT team is composed of collaborative, detail-oriented individuals who thrive on problem-solving and user enablement. ✨ Your mission Our IT team operates as a lean, agile unit embedded within the People and office ecosystem. We follow a “zero-ticket” mindset, aiming to automate and preempt common issues through smart tooling and documentation. Your primary mission is to support our employees by ensuring they have secure, reliable, and easy-to-use tools from day one, while learning and growing into core IT operations and automation initiatives. ✨ Main Tasks Assist and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues, particularly on macOS and SaaS platforms. Prepare and manage new hire onboarding: devices, accounts, software provisioning. Maintain IT asset inventory and help track equipment returns and assignments. Document IT procedures, common fixes, and setup processes in an internal knowledge base. Collaborate with the IT team on ongoing improvements and automation (scripts, workflows). Ensure basic security hygiene is followed on devices (e.g., patches, encryption, updates). ✨ Curious about your future team? By joining Swan as an IT Technician apprentice, you will become part of our IT team led by Gabriel (IT Manager), working alongside Gérald (IT Specialist) and Rubens (IT System Administrator). You’ll collaborate closely with the Security team on automation and access management projects, while also working with HR for onboarding, Finance for asset tracking, and employees across all departments. Expect a fast-paced but supportive environment where learning is encouraged and autonomy is valued.
