This is a hybrid role combining technical problem-solving with relationship management. You’ll work directly with customers to onboard and configure the platform, support their ongoing success, and help them realize tangible value from day one. You will be part of our Customer Success & Solutions team , working closely with the Sales , Product, and Data Science Teams to guide technical implementation and ensure long-term customer impact. Responsibilities Understand Materials-related product development Analyze, manipulate, and design data schemes for Materials Science data sets Lead technological aspects of the sales cycle: discovery calls, platform demo, and pilots Communicate with potential and existing customers Work closely with internal stakeholders Product and domain use cases content writing Coordinate projects, draft and submit grants and research proposals
