What we're looking for:
We need someone with 5-10+ years of product management experience who has scaled an AI or agentic product from early traction to real revenue at a high-growth startup. You should be comfortable sitting at the strategy table with founders one moment and pair-building agent flows with engineers the next, with a track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue outcomes. Bonus points if you've been a founder yourself or taken a product horizontal across industries.
What you'll do:
Own Loop's agentic product strategy end-to-end — roadmap, discovery, execution, and vision — starting with agentic BI and expanding across the portfolio
Spend significant time (30-50%) in customer calls, understanding current needs and future requirements, and representing the customer voice internally
Work closely with the CRO, CTO, CEO, and engineering team to align product direction with revenue goals and technical feasibility
Define and defend the product roadmap, prioritizing ruthlessly what to build and what not to build — from market sizing and pricing to writing specs and shipping features
Lead the expansion of Loop's platform from restaurants into new verticals (healthcare, retail, etc.), identifying reusable patterns and new revenue enablement opportunities
Use AI coding agents (Claude Code, Devin, etc.) to prototype, validate, and unblock — writing code yourself when it accelerates the team
Set the bar for what "agentic" means at Loop — how products reason, act, and earn user trust across enterprise customers of all sizes
Loop AI is an agentic AI platform automating back-office workflows for the real economy. Founded in 2022, Loop started by building the enterprise co-pilot for restaurants — helping brands view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance, and empower teams with feedback. Now, Loop is expanding horizontally to bring agentic automation to industries beyond restaurants, including healthcare and retail.
Trusted by 300+ brands powering thousands of locations across the US, Loop is backed by a $14M Series A led by Nyca Partners. The company believes agentic products are the future of the software-human interface, automating functions like accounting, marketing, and operations with intelligent agents that reason and act autonomously.
Culture: Loop operates with a flat hierarchy, lean high-impact teams, radical ownership, and zero bureaucracy. Engineers own products end-to-end — from customer conversations to deployment. Even the founders participate in IC work. The team values entrepreneurial spirit, speed of execution, and a bias toward action. If you want guardrails and process, this isn't the place. If you want to define your own goals, sit at the strategy table, and ship category-defining products — Loop is built for you.
The team is composed of ex-founders who scaled their own companies to multiple millions in ARR, alongside operators and AI engineers from Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Uber, Google, Amazon, and McKinsey.
