Talkiatry is seeking a highly execution-oriented Senior Manager, Organic Growth to drive the day-to-day output of our organic acquisition engine across SEO, AI-driven search, and emerging discovery platforms. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing. This role spans content-driven SEO, on-site optimization, AI search, and expanding our presence across platforms where patients discover care (e.g., clinical directories, Reddit, etc.). Organic is an emerging and rapidly growing channel at Talkiatry, with early foundations in place and significant opportunity to scale through increased execution and iteration. You will partner closely with Creative, Content, and Clinical teams, as well as our web development agency and contractors, to translate priorities into shipped work, quickly and consistently. You will operate within a defined but evolving strategy, owning how priorities are executed and brought to life are expected to proactively drive work forward and navigate dependencies to ensure timely execution.. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution and delivery. You are not responsible for setting channel strategy, but for ensuring high-impact ideas are launched, iterated on, and improved over time. You are expected to apply strong judgment, identifying opportunities to improve execution and raising ideas when something could work better. Organic acquisition is a critical lever in building a more sustainable and scalable growth engine, helping more patients access high-quality mental healthcare. You will: Execute against organic growth priorities by shipping high-impact work across content-driven and technical SEO, AEO, and other emerging discovery channels Own the end-to-end execution of initiatives, scoping, launching, measuring, and iterating on content, pages, and experiments Translate priorities into clear tasks and a prioritized backlog of high-impact work Partner with Creative, Content, and Clinical teams and external resources to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time Identify and implement technical and on-site improvements in partnership with web development agency Use AI tools (e.g., AirOps, Claude) to increase speed, scale output, and improve workflows while maintaining a high quality bar Track performance using SEO/AEO and BI tools, using data to inform iteration and improve results over time Maintain a consistent cadence of shipped work, proactively unblocking issues and driving initiatives forward Apply strong judgment in execution, flagging issues and proposing better approaches when appropriate What success looks like: In your first 30 days: High-impact content, pages, and optimizations are live and indexed You are actively working in core tools and have identified clear execution opportunities You are shipping work weekly and effectively driving collaboration across teams You’ve built strong foundations with cross-functional partners and our web development agency In your first 60 days: You are operating with a steady, high-velocity execution cadence A clear, prioritized backlog exists, and you are consistently advancing the highest-impact work Experiments are live and generating learnings that inform future execution You are leveraging AI tools and external partners to increase output without sacrificing quality There is clear visibility into how your work contributes to organic patient acquisition You have: 6–9+ years of experience in growth marketing, with deep, hands-on experience in SEO/AEO for customer acquisition A strong track record of shipping high-quality work consistently Experience working directly in SEO/AEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Profound, and Screaming Frog Proven ability to execute within a defined strategy and translate priorities into deliverables Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. Claude, AirOps) to accelerate execution, with strong quality judgment Strong bias toward MVP thinking and iterative execution, where appropriate Ability to balance execution with critical thinking, questioning and improving as needed Comfort operating in ambiguity, with good judgment on when to seek input Experience working cross-functionally to get work shipped without direct authority Experience leveraging agencies or freelancers to scale output Strong attention to detail and ownership over quality Strong analytical skills, with experience using BI tools Experience in a high-growth, consumer, and/or content-driven business Why Talkiatry: Top-notch team: we're a diverse, experienced group motivated to make a difference in mental health care Collaborative environment: be part of building something from the ground up at a fast-paced startup Excellent
