What will you work on?
We're hiring a Founding Chief of Staff / Marketing Strategy & Operations Lead to own day-to-day execution and drive new ideas across our products. This role is for someone who comes up with the creative, ships it, reads the numbers, and scales what works. We want a self-starter, not someone who waits for a detailed brief of instructions to follow. Flawless English is a must for this role.
This is a fully remote role and we're hiring internationally, so you can be based anywhere in the world. It's 40 hours a week of work total, but it's not a 9am-to-5pm job. We move fast and across time zones, so the schedule flexes: expect to shift hours to overlap with the team, and to put in a couple of hours on weekends to maintain business operations. If you want a rigid clock-out-at-5pm routine, this isn't the role. If you like real ownership and don't mind the work shaping your hours, you'll thrive here.
Core Responsibilities:
- Growth & creative: you generate new marketing angles, ad creatives, and channel experiments, then run them. You think in terms of what will actually move revenue, and you're hungry to scale. This is the core of the role.
- Marketing copy: landing pages, emails, ads, social. The copy that we write must sound natural, casual, & like a real person wrote it.
- AI tooling & UGC: you pick up new AI tools fast and ship with them. We will be building AI harnesses to automate finding signals and outbound.
