Founded by clinicians, Little Otter delivers evidence-based, whole-family behavioral health through a virtual care model that combines expert therapy, psychiatry, parent coaching, and measurement-based care to improve outcomes for children and caregivers. As a Little Otter clinician, you'll practice within our structured, evidence-based care model while being supported by the scale, technology, and mission of Hazel Health.
The Role As a Little Otter Licensed Child & Family Therapist , you'll provide virtual, evidence-based therapy to children and families using our clinician-developed, measurement-based care model. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, deliver individualized treatment, and use standardized clinical measures to guide diagnosis, monitor progress, and inform treatment decisions. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy combining high-quality therapeutic care with data-informed practice and who are passionate about improving outcomes for children through whole-family mental health care. What You’ll Do Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families using a whole-family approach. Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality clinical care. Utilize measurement-based care and standardized assessments to guide treatment planning and monitor progress. Partner with caregivers to build skills, support treatment goals, and improve outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Assess and respond to safety concerns in accordance with clinical best practices and organizational protocols.
