Member of Technical Staff

We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) with 0–5 years of experience to join our fast-moving team. This is not a traditional engineering role, we are looking for highly product-oriented, AI-native engineers who have a track record of building real systems and can operate with high autonomy. You will be a foundational member of the team, helping us both build the core platform and deploy it directly into some of the most sophisticated enterprises in the world.

You should be equally comfortable building across the stack and working directly with customers, translating ambiguous problems into working systems quickly.

What will you be doing?

• Own and ship products end-to-end across our full-stack TypeScript platform, from initial concept to production deployment, with full ownership over outcomes, not just code.
• Work directly with Fortune 100 customers to deeply understand their workflows, identify high-value opportunities for AI, and rapidly translate those into deployed solutions.
• Act as a forward-deployed engineer, embedding with customers to build bespoke agents, integrations, and tooling inside their environments, then iterating in tight feedback loops.
• Operate across the entire stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure, agent systems), focusing on whatever is highest leverage rather than a fixed scope.
• Build and deploy AI systems in real-world environments, integrating with internal data, workflows, and tooling, not just prototyping or demoing.
• Make high-judgment product and technical decisions, balancing speed, quality, and long-term scalability in an ambiguous environment.
• Help define engineering culture and product direction at an early-stage company, where individual contributions have outsized impact.
