Manager, Business Operations. Lead the Transact Engine for Queries, PO and Invoice Management. Development of BI Dashboard to track operations key performance indicators. Purchase Order Management Oversee the creation, amendment, and closure of purchase orders in line with approved requisitions and procurement policy Ensure PO accuracy (pricing, quantities, terms, coding) and resolve discrepancies with requesters and suppliers Monitor open PO reports and drive timely closure of aged or obsolete POs Manage the supplier invoice submission process, ensuring invoices are received, validated, and matched (2-way/3-way) accurately and on time Work closely with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice exceptions, mismatches, and payment queries Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate vendor master data Ensure dashboards are accurate, timely, and well-maintained, with clear data definitions and a single source of truth Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement Operations, Procurement or related field AND 6+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement. 6+ years of people management with excellent cross-cultural awareness 6+ years' experience in leading and influencing a diverse organization of full-time employees across multiple disciplines, platforms, cultures, and countries Strong experience in sourcing and contracting. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, data analysis, and attention to detail. Practical experience in driving business process automation using AI Black Belt certification is a plus Data Center Procurement Experience is a huge plus.
