About
the Role: Content Creation • Conceptualize and create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, Whatsapp • Shoot and edit short-form videos, including Reels, Shorts, and social-first video formats • Conduct voxpop interviews and street-style content where required • Create compelling visual and video storytelling aligned with the LazyPay brand Ideation & Creative Strategy • Generate fresh and innovative ideas for social media campaigns and content formats • Identify and leverage trending topics, memes, and cultural moments • Develop recurring content series and formats for LazyPay’s social channels AI-Driven Content Creation • Actively use and experiment with AI tools for ideation, video creation, editing, and content automation • Stay updated with the latest developments in AI-driven creative tools • Identify opportunities to integrate AI into LazyPay’s social content strategy Platform Ownership • Manage and maintain LazyPay’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Ensure consistent brand voice, quality, and content output across platforms • Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to execute social media campaigns Execution & Optimization • Edit and produce high-quality content optimized for social media engagement • Monitor performance of social media content and refine strategies accordingly • Ensure timely publishing and consistency in social content output Required Skills &
Qualifications • Strong understanding of social media platforms and internet culture • Proven experience in video shooting and editing for social media • Ability to confidently interact with people for voxpop or street-style interviews • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) • Familiarity with AI tools used in content creation and ideation • Strong storytelling, ideation, and creative thinking abilities • Ability to work independently and take ownership of social media initiatives Preferred
