Quality Delivery: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse range of acute and chronic clinical needs. Requirements Credentials: MD or DO; Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in FM, IM, or OB/GYN. Education: Completion of an accredited residency program (or currently in final year). Licensure: Active California Medical License (or in-process) and DEA registration; authorized to work in the U.S. Clinical Foundation: Primary Care: Proficiency in preventive care, annual exams, and managing common acute/chronic conditions. Women’s Health: Fundamental knowledge of contraception, STI care, and routine gynecological concerns. Behavioral Health: Comfortable with mental health screenings and longitudinal follow-up (e.g., anxiety, depression). Training & Development We provide mentorship and specialized training to expand your scope in: Clinical Procedures: IUD and Nexplanon insertions. Advanced Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health. Specialized Care: Medical dermatology and medical weight management. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills,
qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary range for this role is $220,000 – $240,000, depending on level and experience. You are also eligible for: Quarterly performance
