Responsibilities: Provide strategic legal counsel on all corporate matters, with a special focus on compliance in AI and crypto domains Keep informed of relevant regulatory frameworks, developments, and risks affecting our industry Ensure legal compliance throughout product development Negotiate deals and contracts Manage and coordinate with outside counsel
