Job Description SymphonyAI Retail, Inc. seeks a Manager, Customer Insights in Palo Alto, CA. Duties: Support client objectives to enhance overall business performance, focusing on promotional intelligence. Coach merchant teams in integrating customer insights into daily decision-making processes – moving them up the data maturity arch. Provide actionable insights and recommendations supported by data analysis. Utilize BI tools, including SymphonyAI reports, to address retailer business inquiries. Collaborate with internal and external CPG-focused groups on key initiatives. Conduct training sessions for clients on Symphony RetailAI tools and insights. Support all key business strategies identified by the client. Participate in cross-functional projects spanning multiple retail teams. Contribute to the development of best practices, training materials, and reference guides. Assist with quality control, validation of reporting, and troubleshooting data and software issues as needed. Actively engage in team and client meetings, aiding in preparations as requested. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field or related field plus 2 years of experience. Also requires 2 years of experience in: merchandising or category management; leveraging data and analytics for decision-making; coaching merchant teams in integrating customer insights into daily decision-making processes; working with customer centric or loyalty data; delivering quantifiable value through assortment optimization; and working with SymphonyAI suite of tools (CMS, i2e). Telecommuting (remote work) is permitted throughout the U.S. 40 hours/week, $125,486 - $125,486 per year.
