About Samora
Samora is a managed multilingual voice AI platform. We are Y Combinator backed, seed funded, with angels from Reddit, OpenAI, and other operators who have built at scale.
The company is at the stage where the constraint is not demand. It is how many things we can run at once, and how well.
The role
Chief of Staff at Samora is not a coordination job. You will own experiments and verticals end to end — pick them up, staff them, run them, and either scale them or kill them.
Right now that spans both sides of the business:
- B2B: new verticals for the voice platform, outbound motions into enterprise and mid-market, pricing and packaging experiments, pilot-to-contract conversion.
- B2C: consumer products where we own the funnel, the ad spend, the landing page, and the call operation behind it.
You will be running three or four of these at a time, at different stages, with different people. Some will be handed to you fully formed. Most will not.
What you will actually do
- Take a thesis ("this vertical should work") to a live pilot with real revenue, in weeks not quarters
- Build the GTM machinery: lead sourcing and enrichment pipelines, outbound sequences, landing pages, onboarding flows
- Own the numbers on your experiments — cost per lead, conversion, contact rate, unit economics — and be the one who says when something is not working
- Write the things that go out to customers, investors, and candidates
- Stand in for the founder in rooms where a decision needs to be made and waiting is expensive
- Hire and manage the operators who run what you have built once it works
