We've proven the model in CRE brokerage and we're now expanding into commercial lending. We're hiring a Founding Full Cycle AE to drive that motion end-to-end.
This isn't a list-pulling, button-pushing role. You'll be in the room as we figure out who buys, what hooks, and how the motion works. You'll source the pipeline, run the demos, and close the deals.
By 30 days: Up to speed on product and buyer. Booking meetings in commercial lending. Pain points known cold.
By 60 days: Fully ramped on closing. Hitting quota.
By 90 days: Crushing quota. Allocating resources toward hockey-stick growth opportunities in the space.
