About Archy Archy is a Series B vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business. We’re growing fast and looking for ambitious, high-energy paid interns to join our sales team on the ground floor. Job Description: As a paid sales intern, you’ll be the face of Archy in your local market. You’ll visit dental practices in person to build relationships, deliver branded gifts, collect key contact information, and keep our CRM up to date. This is a hands-on, field-based role that gives you real-world B2B sales experience. Candidates who excel may be invited to interview for a full-time SDR position. This is an hourly, non-exempt role and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law. Location: We’re currently prioritizing candidates based in Massachusetts, Boston, New York, or Philadelphia due to customer prospecting territories. Job Responsibilities: Travel throughout your assigned geographic area to visit dental practices in person Deliver branded gifts and marketing materials to office managers and decision-makers Collect and verify contact information for key stakeholders at each practice Log all activity and update records in our CRM (HubSpot) in real time Report weekly on territory activity, contacts gathered, and meetings booked Job Requirements: Current college student or recent graduate eager to break into tech sales Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what to do Comfortable with cold outreach—whether by phone, email, or walking through the door Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within your assigned area Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage your own schedule and hit targets No prior sales experience required—just a competitive drive and a great attitude What You’ll Get Paid internship for the duration of the program (approx. 3 months) Part-time flexible hours that work around your class schedule or other commitments Hands-on experience at a high-growth Series B SaaS company Personalized LinkedIn recommendation from Archy sales leadership upon successful completion For candidates who excel, potential invitation to interview for a full-time SDR role Mentorship and coaching from a seasoned sales team
