Responsibilities Own the launch, growth, and overall performance of the business in the country. Manage country P&L and key business metrics , ensuring sustainable market growth. Identify growth opportunities and improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and marketplace efficiency . Develop and execute the local market strategy based on market insights and competitor analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, finance, legal) to scale the business. Test and implement business initiatives, MVPs, and experiments to drive growth. Analyze key metrics and translate insights into actionable growth plans . Build local partnerships and represent the company in the market . Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields . 3+ years of experience in ride-hailing, marketplaces, delivery, e-commerce, or other fast-paced tech companies. Experience managing market/city/country-level business performance . Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills . Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development . Ability to test hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives . Strong ownership, stakeholder management, and entrepreneurial mindset . Upper-intermediate English and willingness to travel. Job
