Lead and develop
the team, driving accountability, coaching, and a strong, positive culture Own data center service compliance and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality standardsEnforce adherence to DCS policies, SLAs, and operational procedures across all service execution Oversee technician readiness, including training, execution quality checks, and corrective actions Manage escalations and process changes, ensuring effective resolution and clear stakeholder communication Champion safety and operational excellence, promoting accountability, compliance, and high service quality across the site High school diploma, GED, or equivalent and basic knowledge of computer hardware and components AND experience supporting IT equipment or related technology or related experience working with technical teams. Experience directing, supervising, or managing others. Experience in a specialized area (e.g., mechanical field, electrical field, controls field) or related field. These
requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Associate degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent work experience. Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology. Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment. Experience leading diverse, technical, or IT workforce of up to ten employees.
