Requirements: Experience : 12+ years of experience in product management within the fintech industry(BNPL Must Have), with a proven track record of successfully launching products at scale. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and motivate a creative team while driving alignment across various functions. Technical Proficiency : Deep understanding of financial technology products, regulatory environments, user experience design principles, and agile methodologies. Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze data effectively to drive product decisions and measure success. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision and strategy clearly across all levels of the organization. What we offer?
